In this story, I wanted to be able to make it clear for the reader that using Colour in Nature is an extension of the Balance With Colour concept and technique. So here, in Volume 5, through Granddad, I was able to introduce Colour in Nature to suit any age, but also especially to focus on young people, like Martin and Sarah, who will then have the choice to use either one of these titles to make themselves more empathetic and caring for all on our planet Earth. Granddad makes it clear that all on our planet needs the respect it deserves, and to be given the opportunity to survive and thrive. From his own experience while growing up, and then becoming a teacher, Granddad was able to help a lot of the young people he taught the importance of having a hobby to take their minds off focusing only on their problems. Having a journal, especially where the focus is on self-improvement and also on Nature is one way that we can do this by looking at how early humans were able to use colours in Nature to survive and thrive, and that we also can still do this today. Using Colour in Nature, and therefore Balance With Colour, in the way it is
meant to be used is one way to stay grounded, be calm and in control. We can do this by building up a vocabulary of words that are actively used in a positive way each day to leave no space for dwelling only on the negatives.
